Oliver von Olsker is a beautiful 2-year-old Shepherd mix with a playful spirit.  His excitement is contagious and he loves his walks and playtime.  Oliver is looking for the companionship of an experienced owner who will be able to handle his size and guide him more on leash, where he tends to pull but understands decisive corrections. This handsome guy is full of confidence and more of a people dog. He can walk past other dogs  but doesn't appreciate one in his face (and no cats, please). He won't be continually demanding your attention, as he can be independent, although he appreciates a little love time, where he will sit next to you for a nice head-and-chest rub. He can be a cuddler with his people, and after an active day would be content to relax alongside you on the sofa or the floor. Oliver loves the pool, and playing fetch and tug-of-war. This alert boy will make a wonderful friend for an active owner who is looking for a jogging or hiking buddy and someone to go through life with.
